• Keep it Original: To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Prior Authorization: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior notice may result in a delay or denial of your claim.
• Final Sale: All sale items, clearance products, and limited promotional items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
