Where to Locate Tracking Information

You will receive your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address that was entered at the time of checkout,and the tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to fully update. These tracking details include the current location of the package as well as the estimated delivery date.

    If you are experiencing trouble locating your tracking email, please sure to check your spam/junk folder as it may have been sent there. 

 

Tracking Link Not Updating

Tracking links can take anywhere between 24-72 hours to fully update. Once your order is shipped out of our store, it should begin updating, and continue to do so for the duration of its journey to you. However, delays in tracking updates are always possible. These delays may be influenced by various factors such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, and courier processing times. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 72 hours or flags an issue, please contact USPS for more information. 

  • Please note that there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control, which can cause tracking links to not update as frequently and accurately.
